My 20-Day Challenge so far has been going okay. I'm close to being done and I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of not always having my phone by my side. To keep track of how much time I'm spending on my phone, I'm using an app called Moment, thiis app counts how many times you pick up your phone and how much time you've spent on it. Depending on how much time you've been on it, it will turn green, meaning you haven't spent too much time, yellow for you're close to being done, and red is exceeding the average. For the first week, I was usually in the yellow range but a couple days were in the red, the second week that I am currently going through right now, I am hoping to be in the mix of yellow and green, and my last week should be almost all in that green range. So far, I've felt like the days have been longer because I'm not on my phone as much whenever I'm bored and instead I actually do something to fill that gap. I feel like this is finally starting to pick up and that it's going pretty well, hopefully it will get better for the next week and a half that follows.

For my 20-Day challenge, I am trying to spend less time on my phone. Hopefully spending less time on my phone can benefit me by opening me up to other activities, helping my social skills, and accomplishing tasks faster. Without my phone, I feel like I could get more and better sleep, possibly spend more time outside or doing something other than staring at a screen all the time. I'm still going to allow myself to listen to music off of my phone but just as long as it's off. Hopefully, I can get used to not using my phone all the time and just be able to set it down and forget about it for a little while for once. I am going to keep track of my phone time by charting it with minutes per day and possibly separate it into categories.
